IMS (Inventory Management System)
As the subsystem of WCS, IMS provides users with convenient black-box inventory management service whose scale can be correct to the specific storage location; it is commonly used in the temporary storage system and upper system adopting the black box management mode, and can efficiently realize the corresponding business logic. After IMS receives the warehousing/delivery instruction of the upper system, the system will rapidly complete the complicated storage location distribution and warehousing/delivery ordering through the intelligent algorithm according to the established storage location distribution logic and warehousing/delivery priority rule to realize the business of the upper system in more conveniently and efficiently.
As the subsystem of WCS, IMS also supports multiple types of communication interface (Socket, HTTP, DB, MQ, and SFTP) and the multi-type, multi-version database (Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL).
