As the largest e-commerce market in Latin America, Brazil is also one of the key strategic high grounds for Damon's Globalization 2.0 strategy. There are broad market prospects of intelligent logistics equipment in Brazil. In 2021, Damon's first South American conveying and sorting system project was set in Brazil. Up to now, Damon has successfully delivered five large-scale logistics automation system projects in Brazil, with local well-known leading e-commerce and parcel express companies such as Flash Courier, Meli, and TOTAL. The opening of Damon Brazil subsidiary represents our long-term commitment and long-range planning to the Brazilian and even South American markets. It marks a new phase in Damon's globalization. Based on its technical advantages of the whole industry chain, Damon will actively expand its business and strengthen compound business cooperation from key equipment to system integration. Damon aims to build a delivery alliance for customers in South American regions to provide them with high-quality products and services. This will not only meet the personalized needs of more customers but also help the Damon brand establish a good market reputation.
Next, with its extensive industry experience and powerful product technology expertise, Damon will be actively engaged into the local market and make in-depth cooperation with the local supply chain. Meanwhile, it will build a professional local team of sales, marketing, technical support, and project management to further enhance Damon's localization service capabilities in the South American market. With a deep understanding of customers’ needs, Damon will provide quick response to local customers with high-efficient customized intelligent logistics solutions, as well as comprehensive support from equipment selection, installation and commissioning to after-sales maintenance.
As its Globalization 2.0 strategy continues to advance, in the future, Damon will continue to focus on the Brazilian and South American markets. We will constantly enhance our delivery and service capabilities to help our clients all over the world stand out in the fierce competition.
